The First Friday Art Walk on August 7th, 2009 was a beautiful night to walk around to the galleries and studios. It was a perfect
evening! There were not as many folks in the gallery as there were on previous First Friday's due to the first Y-Bridge Arts Festival
which was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who attended! There were many of you who went to the festival and then came
down to the gallery to see our first mural. You're invited to come down anytime we're open to view the mural and place a bid
on your favorite work or works of art should there be more than one you're interested in. Then come again to make sure you
weren't outbid by someone else. The mural will be hanging through the next First Friday which is September 4th.
If you haven't made it to the First Friday Art Walk, You have to come, all the studios and galleries were busy with guests
and artists! For those of us who aren't able to get around easily, Z-Bus runs a shuttle service that goes by each gallery every
20 minutes. The First Friday Art Walk is truly fun for the entire family and we hope you'll join us for the first time or come
back for more fun!
